GEOAMBIENTE S/A® attends the 2nd Contaminated Site Management Conference – AESAS

On August 30, 31 and September 1, 2022, São Paulo hosted the second edition of the Contaminated Site Management Conference, organized by AESAS – the Brazilian Association of Environmental Consulting and Engineering Companies. GEOAMBIENTE S/A® and LABGEO were present at the event, the largest of its kind in Latin America.

With a booth focused on environmental consulting, GEOAMBIENTE S/A® presented visitors with CarbonGEO, a remediation product that had just been registered with IBAMA (Brazil’s environmental agency). At the LabGEO booth, the focus was on presenting the bench-scale remediation tests carried out by the laboratory.

Beyond the booths, the GEO group was also represented by its researchers on technical panels. On the occasion, several papers on various aspects of Contaminated Site Management were submitted and presented to the audience. Following the presentations, discussions were held on the materials and results obtained.

The participation of GEOAMBIENTE and LABGEO in the event reinforces the group’s commitment to studying and developing new remediation and contaminated site management techniques, as well as its support for its researchers and technical team.
