GEOAMBIENTE® S/A holds immersive week to train staff and strengthen corporate culture

Last week, GEOAMBIENTE® S/A held an intensive training and strategic alignment program for its staff, made up of four days of workshops and hands-on activities, aimed at strengthening the company culture and developing fundamental workplace skills. The immersion, driven by company leadership, was structured around four main pillars:

Day 1: Contaminated Site Management (CSM) Workshop

The program kicked off with the Contaminated Site Management Workshop, a core area of expertise for the company. During the session, our technical team deepened its knowledge of practices and processes critical to managing contaminated sites, in line with the rigorous sustainability and safety standards GEOAMBIENTE® S/A upholds.

Day 2: Time Management and Task Delegation

On the second day, the focus was on improving time management and task delegation. Given the high demand of the projects GEOAMBIENTE® S/A is involved in, this training was essential to foster productivity and efficiency in employees’ day-to-day work. Personal and team organization techniques and tools were presented, promoting an even more collaborative and effective work environment.

Day 3: Corporate Principles Workshop

The third day was reserved for the Corporate Principles Workshop, where the team explored the values and pillars underpinning GEOAMBIENTE® S/A’s organizational culture. With a hands-on approach, the activity gave everyone space to reflect on their role in building an ethical, sustainable company focused on collective well-being.

Day 4: Strategic Planning with Leadership

Closing out the week, the final day brought leadership together for strategic planning, discussing goals and guidelines for the future. The meeting strengthened alignment between senior management and company leadership, creating a shared, transparent vision of GEOAMBIENTE® S/A’s objectives. This moment of direct exchange with leaders was meaningful for everyone, reinforcing the importance of participatory, strategic management.

Throughout the week, participants shared their impressions and highlighted the positive impact of this experience, which strengthened team unity and fostered an environment of continuous learning. This immersion proved to be not only an investment in employees’ technical training, but also an opportunity to reinforce GEOAMBIENTE® S/A’s commitment to its team and its vision of sustainable growth.
